巴恩斯迷宫(Barnes Maze)是美国学者Carol ABarnes 利用啮齿类动物避光喜暗且爱探究的特性而发明的用于检测动物空间记忆的模型。实验时将动物置于高台的中央,通过观察并记录实验动物找到正确洞口的时间,以及进入错误洞口的次数来反应动物的空间记忆能力。也可通过记录动物重复进入错误的洞口数来测量动物的工作记忆。
